Snetterton, Knockhill, Bishopscourt, Cadwell, Anglesey - Power Days 2018
Michelin Power Days 2018
Welcome to the Michelin Power Days 2018.
Here at Rymer Racing we are looking forward to the first Michelin Power Day of the year at Snetterton next month. After a very cold and wet winter it finally looks like spring has arrived! Just in time for the belated start to the motorcycle trackday season. Enteries are coming in thick and fast for all the events so book early to avoid disappointment.
With little over a month to go to, we thought we’d update you on some of things we have planned.
Firstly we are delighted that Stef and his team from Tyres4Bikes will be attending all but the Irish round to offer suspension set-up and advice. Please check out his website: www.tyres4bikes.co.uk
Alongside Terry Rymer we have assembled a very experienced team of instructors to give excellent tuition on the day. For all novice riders, Terry will be giving a compulsory classroom session on how to get the most out of your trackday experience. Please watch this space for some star studded VIP riders!
Michelin staff will also be in attendance to offer a fantastic tyre academy. This advice will be invaluable to get the most of both performance and durability out of your tyres. Whatever your experience, a fantastic day is promised for only an amazing £49!
We look forward to seeing you at Snetterton on Tuesday 22nd May. With the plans for 2018 being bigger and bolder than ever before. We are again holding five events throughout the UK, but this year we have EXCLUSIVE hire of all the circuits.
This is not only to increase the number of participants but also to build an intimate and more personal experience. Alongside Snetterton, back are the fantastic Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire, Knockhill in Scotland and Bishopscourt in Northern Ireland. We are extremely pleased to announce our first trip to the brilliant and picturesque Anglesey Circuit in North Wales. We hope that by building capacity to over 600 riders, we also plan to change the structure of the events to make them more ‘open to all’. Whether you are a trackday hero or a complete novice, we will be able to accommodate your particular needs and requirements.
Changing it up to make 2018 Powerdays more Inclusive!
This year sees a change to procedings with the inclusion of the New Michelin Sports Touring Tyre. So confident are Michelin with the ability of the New Michelin Road 5, that you can now attend a 2018 Michelin Powerday with this fabulous all round tyre!
For the 2018 Powerdays we are booking all of the circuits for the whole day, meaning that we have more spaces than ever and will be able to run 3 Groups. There will be a Road 5//Novice group, an Intermediate Group and a Fast Group, each getting equal track time with expert tuition from our instructors.
